The Agulo City Council is launching a program of training actions aimed at businessmen and women, framed within Axis 3: Digital Transition of the Tourism Sustainability Plan in Destination (PSTD) “Agulo, El Bombón de La Gomera”, specifically in Action No. 6: “Digital Tools for Tourism Management and Creation of a Digital Brand of the Destination”.
This initiative aims to strengthen the digital skills of the business community linked directly or indirectly to the tourism sector, promoting a real digital transformation adapted to the reality of small businesses. Through different courses, workshops and meetings, key aspects such as basic office automation, electronic invoicing, electronic commerce and digital tourism promotion will be addressed.
The training actions are designed with a practical methodology and adapted to the current level of digitalization of SMEs, taking into account the particularities of the environment and the local business model. The training will be given in person, with schedules designed to facilitate the participation of the interested business community.
This program also contributes to improving the competitiveness of the destination, offering added value to the tourism sector through the training and professionalization of the business community.
