Vallehermoso promotes the creation of its new Business Innovation Center

The action, with an investment of 380,000 euros, will be located on the floor destined for the PFAE classroom of the School Residence

The Vallehermoso City Council has begun the bidding process for the new Business Innovation Center, a space aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and the development of new private initiatives in the municipality. The project is financed through the “Vallehermoso Guarapeo” Destination Tourism Sustainability Plan and represents a decisive step in the consolidation of a local ecosystem of support for SMEs and the self-employed.

The mayor, Emiliano Coello, stressed that "this initiative responds to the municipal commitment to accompany and facilitate economic growth from the base, generating infrastructure that makes it possible to recruit talent, support new opportunities and provide the municipality with modern resources to promote private activity." In addition, he highlighted that the initiative is integrated into the municipal strategy of economic diversification and creation of qualified employment.

The future center will have seven work spaces for small businesses and new business projects, equipped with telecommunications services, technical facilities and basic furniture adaptable to the needs of each business. The equipment will be completed with common areas such as a meeting room, coworking area, office, services and a training classroom for companies, entrepreneurs and clients.

At the same time, the City Council has been developing training and advisory actions to support those who wish to start or consolidate an economic activity, through municipal programs and technical support tools. These measures will be reinforced with the upcoming opening of this Business Incubator, which will act as a node for innovation and permanent support for local entrepreneurship.
