The study, the result of a survey of 16,574 young people from 18 Spanish universities, aims to reveal their lifestyle, level of psychological well-being and smartphone use of these people, whose average age is 22 years.

The research provides the following data:

· Consumption of tobacco, alcohol and other substances

· Eating habits

· Physical activity

· Social relationships

· Mobile phone use and nomophobia

· Feeling of fear, anxiety and depression

The presentation will take place on Tuesday, October 18, at 10:00 a.m., via Teams, through the following link:

Antoni Aguilló, president of the REUPS and professor of Public Health at the University of the Balearic Islands, will participate in the meeting; and Antonio Guzmán, director of Health Promotion at Fundación MAPFRE.
