The Agulo City Council presents the program of the Festivities in honor of San Isidro Labrador in La Palmita, which will be celebrated on May 15, 16 and 17, consolidating itself as one of the most authentic and participatory events in the municipality.

It is a deeply rooted celebration, in which neighbors are an essential part of the organization, decoration and atmosphere that characterizes these days.
On Friday the 15th, the big day, the Holy Mass will take place in honor of San Isidro Labrador, followed by the procession around the square and a popular festival that will begin the festive atmosphere of the weekend.
On Saturday the 16th, one of the most anticipated moments will be celebrated: Paseo Romero, which will start from the Juego de Bolas intersection to the Plaza de San Isidro. The City Council invites all citizens to join this tour, participating in traditional clothing and enjoying a day that reflects the essence of the town festivals. Upon arrival, music and folklore will take center stage with the performance of groups and parties, as well as chácaras and drums.
The programming will continue on Sunday the 17th with the celebration of the Holy Mass and subsequent procession through the usual places, closing the festivities with a new day of coexistence and music.
The Agulo City Council would like to especially thank the involvement of La Palmita, whose participation makes it possible for these festivals to maintain their identity and authenticity. Likewise, the collaboration of the Island Council of La Gomera in supporting these celebrations is appreciated.
The Agulo City Council invites all citizens and those who visit the island to come to La Palmita and experience San Isidro Labrador, a festival that is close to and experienced by its people.
