The Vallehermoso City Council develops the senior revitalization program, an initiative that includes activities in different areas of the municipality aimed at older people.
The program includes proposals that are developed in an itinerant manner through different neighborhoods, including La Dama, with activities aimed at promoting meeting and coexistence between participating people from different areas of Vallehermoso.
The activities incorporate content related to traditions, culture and values linked to the municipality, generating spaces for participation and meeting between older people. The programming allows activities to be transferred to different centers, making it easier for participants to access proposals developed in different parts of the municipality and share experiences with neighbors from other neighborhoods.
The program also includes activities related to knowledge and the transmission of cultural and traditional elements, putting older people in contact with different aspects of the social and cultural heritage of Vallehermoso. In this way, the different proposals are developed throughout the municipality and are adapted to the spaces and centers included in the programming, with activities aimed at older people and focused on participation, coexistence and the exchange of experiences.
