The new Secretary of State for Migration, Jesús Perea, has visited some of the reception resources deployed within the framework of the Canary Islands Plan in Tenerife and Gran Canaria this weekend. During his visit, he also held meetings with the mayor of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Augusto Hidalgo and of San Cristobal de la Laguna, Luis Yeray Gutierrez, as well as with the government delegate in the islands, Anselmo Pestana.
