SUMMER ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITIES
♻️After having received the Blue Flag distinction for the second consecutive year, the Valverde City Council will once again develop environmental gymkhanas in different parts of the municipality's coastline, in collaboration with the Consumer Environmental Education Association.
🇺🇳One of the missions of ADEAC, through its Blue Flag program, is the creation of content and materials around education for sustainability and sustainable tourism, through its programs, awareness campaigns, events, such as beach cleanups, and training actions in the field of coastal management and in the educational field.
🗣️The Councilor for Tourism, Rosana González, has declared that, after the good reception last year, these environmental days that began on July 3 on Timijiraque beach will be held again, where the little ones will enjoy leisure, environmental content, raising awareness about preserving the coastal resources of our island.
