La Gomera, March 2, 2020. The senator for the island of La Gomera, Fabián Chinea Correa, has assumed the position of Spokesman of the Mixed Parliamentary Group. Chinea will represent the six political groups that make up said parliamentary group during the current month of March.
The senator from the Gomera Socialist Group (ASG) will make his debut at the Board of Spokespersons that will be held tomorrow in the Upper House. A meeting in which, together with the spokespersons for the rest of the groups, they will set the issues related to the plenary session that will be held this week and other procedures on legislative activity.
In addition to serving as a representative of the Mixed Group, the senator for the island of La Gomera will perform his duties as spokesperson for the Commissions on Social Rights, Ecological Transition, Youth, Industry, Commerce, Tourism and the Joint Commission for the study of addiction problems.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Chinea will ask the Minister of Ecological Transition, in the plenary session of the Upper House, about the rehabilitation of the areas affected on the Alojera coastline by the damage caused during the last storm. The plenary session will begin at four in the afternoon (peninsular time).
